About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager who is highly organised and has proven experience managing senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure the success of a visible technology outsourcing Program . This role will require you to work with the vendor Project Managers to ensure the timely delivery of a number of projects and processes within the Voice and Security streams of this Program.
This role will require you to represent internal Service Owners to achieve:
- Timely, accurate and effective escalation and management of risks and issues
- Accurate project reporting
- Stakeholder Management
- Budget Management
- Project Scheduling
- Provide a single point of contact for supplier Project Managers in order to reduce complexity and the potential for delays.
- Identify communication and training requirements
- Benefit realisation
- Creation of a Financial Management Process to cover ordering to chargeback for the services implemented.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Previous Project Management experience within IT infrastructure services
- Proven experience with senior stakeholder management
- Proven experience with vendor and supplier management
- Strong risk and dependency management skills
- Proven Service delivery and Operations management
- Proven experience working in different cultural environments
- Open and collaborative
- Analytical and with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong Leadership capabilities
