Project Manager- Trade Management team is currently required on a contract basis for a leading Investment Bank in London.
Our Client aims to simplify business procedures and application architecture from beginning to end, eliminating costs through the Investment Bank.
Candidates applying to this role should have previous experience of having worked on large scale projects around identifying greater opportunities to leverage common trading technology across IT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, directing, managing and executing complex projects. The main responsibilities will include identifying project engagements and scope them appropriately, assisting the Trade Management team with budgeting for engagement. Also resolving or (where appropriate) escalating issues and risks and ensuring that appropriate or corrective action is taken.
You will need the following:
• An Investment Banking/ Consultancy background
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within an Investment Banking environment
• Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
• Strong understanding of structured project management within the Investment Banking arena
• Previous experience working on a large scale project in an Investment Bank
