Project Manager 3
This position is within Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM) - Funds Management Group (FMG). Wells Fargo Funds Management Group (FMG) is part of the top 15 largest mutual fund families in the US with over $220 billion in assets under management.
This position is an opportunity to join a fast-paced growing team that serves the Wells Fargo Advantage Funds. We are seeking a Project Manager to facilitate the development and execution of monthly shareholder report commentaries and letters. This person will be responsible for the coordination of various projects for Retail Intermediary within Marketing for print, mail, and online deliverables.
Project Management responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

Timely and accurate delivery of all components for marketing projects.

Effectively collaborate with multiple internal business partners, including fund administration, compliance, portfolio managers, internal communications, and creative.

Initiate and facilitate meetings.

Input and complete project information and specifications in electronic workflow systems.

Communicate job status and facilitate reviews and approvals with working teams.

Collaborate with stakeholder groups to develop, maintain, and evolve efficient processes.

Initiate cost estimates and request for quotes with preferred vendors.

Manage vendor selection and negotiations.
-
Understand USPS regulations and mailing guidelines.
-
Manage project reconciliation, including budget targets.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years project management experience.

Preferred Skills
- Print production and direct mail experience.

Experience working with vendors.

Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the Mutual Fund Industry.

Marketing industry experience

BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Project management certification or equivalent.

Demonstrated understanding of print and online production and project management.

Ability to act decisively and independently in situations requiring analysis and decision making.

Demonstrates outstanding flexibility, teamwork and leadership skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment

Strong interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills.

Adobe Acrobat experience.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
