Description The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, and serves as the single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Responsibilities: Provide management and administrative and technical interaction with the US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) SCJ6 Director, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the SCJ6 Division Chiefs in the day-to-day accomplishment of Theater Command, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) Support Center (TCSC) services. Prepare briefings, information papers, USSOUTHCOM reports, and enterprise architecture documentation. Prepare program status reports and government budget inputs for USSOUTHCOM implementation of the following systems: Counter-Narcotics Command Management System (CNCMS), Multi-National Information System (MNIS), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), Cooperating Nations Information Exchange System (CNIES), Participating Nations Network (PNN), and All Partners Access Network (APAN). Prepare theater Military Group (MILGP) program status reports and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) exhibits. Prepare and submit significant weekly activity reports (SAR) and other project data to the government using the USSOUTHCOM web portal. Experience and Education: This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related discipline, and a minimum of 10 years experience directly related to Communications and Information Technology Management. Qualifications Required: Top Secret with SCI access. Desired: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Aditional Requirements: Position may require shift and/or weekend work.
