Project Manager / Business Analyst for a leading Insurance company based in Madrid, Spain. Must have strong written verbal communication in Spanish and English and be based in Madrid. Proven exp on a global multi team software project within insurance with exp of being a key contact with senior business stakeholders, managing escalations and conflict resolution. Must have insurance industry background, knowledge of business operations and some IT. BA with either technical or business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, documentation, reviewing design documents, test plans, managing approval processes and quality assurance. This is a hands-on role for an experienced PM / BA.
