The Xbox Infrastructure and Database Management (IDM) team is part of Global IEB Consumer Marketing organization. The goal of the IDM Team is to enable a fact driven, leading edge marketing organization through high value, high quality data; advanced technical solutions; appropriate information dissemination; and superior business integration processes and procedures. We are seeking a Project Manager - Change Management Lead to ensure the business absorbs and operates according to new processes and systems. The Change Management Lead will be tasked with developing the foundational framework for change management; ensuring organizational goals are achieved according to new objectives; developing and executing the communication process for executive and stakeholder buy-in; and monitoring and tracking new skills and procedures are being absorbed by the organization. The goal of the Change Management Lead is to maximize the organization's potential with system changes through learning and development, engagement and buy-in, and ongoing monitoring and education. This role will report directly to the Director of Infrastructure and Database Management. The ideal candidate will be a change professional with transformation skills for technology implementations. The candidate will have extensive experience identifying risks that impede adoption, assessing business readiness, tracking change progress, engaging stakeholders, gaining executive buy-in, and implementing learning and development programs. This is a highly visible, hands-on role, as the candidate will work directly with Directors and Partners within IEB as well as key stakeholders. Core Responsibilities: As a senior member of the IDM team, you will be directly responsible for: Change management activities related to transformational programs consisting of new system deployments or system enhancements such as business intelligence solutions Building change management framework enabling consistent and repeatable change management activities Creating learning and development programs for new and/or enhanced systems Identifying risks and mitigation strategies that impact user adoption or deployment success Optimizing engagement of key stakeholders and executives to ensure appropriate engagement, knowledge, and support Tracking progress to organizational goals and objectives Assessing business readiness and deployment status as input into the change management program and recommendations Designing, developing, and deploying business process for Marketing, Cross team collaborations, and Research and Business Intelligence activities Qualifications: - Change management experience - Design, Creation, and Deployment of learning and development plans for technical systems deployment - Communication planning experience for systems delivery - Experience with marketing technology solutions (such as reporting, campaign management, marketing resource management, etc.) - Change tracking - Business readiness assessment experience - Excellent communication skills, team oriented, ability to mentor others - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to communicate highly complex and technical information via written, oral, or in person - Ability to work as individual contributor, team lead, team member, and virtual team lead as needed - Must have strong collaboration skills - Master's degree preferred - 8+ years relevant experience J2WERPL1
