Project Manager – Consumer Products recruitment

The ideal candidate should come from a retail consulting background.  Previous experience of building and lead effective teams along with balancing the client’s needs is essential.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate their knowledge of the FMCG and Retail Industry and understand the current challenges the industry faces.

The teams are multi disciplined and cross functional, including Consultants, Business Analysts and Technology specialists, all working closely with clients, therefore client coordination and relationship management is a key aspect to the company's engagements.
Some travel is required as part of the job.

it is important to have an understanding of applications and technology to ensure the company delivers against clients requirements or identify new business opportunities through innovation.

We are looking for the successful applicant to have:

• 5+ years experience delivering projects within a FMCG or retail environment

• Experience in leading deliveries engagements within a fast past environment

• Ability to deliver within both a structured software delivery life cycle or utilise agile methodologies

• Be accustomed to reporting to senior executive and board level within organisations

• Good understanding of basic  work place applications

• Proven experience of delivering projects through a user centred design approach

• Good facilitation and negotiation skills and be able to include the full team in the process of driving our accounts forward

• A positive and fun outlook to work while still driving for the highest quality in delivery

• Strong verbal written communication skills

• Spanish speaking would be advantageous
