Finance Director, Group Finance recruitment
A strong position for a Finance Director exists. Working in the Group Finance and Shared Services, this high profile role will be reporting to the CFO and spearheading the Group Finance and Shared Services Team in providing guidance and direction to support business growth.
Having strong business acumen and strong communication skills, this incumbent will be working closely with adjacent business leaders in planting the right procedures to ensure business growth whilst complying with corporate governance. With strong exposure in accounts receivables, accounts payables fixed assets transaction processing, you will lead the Shared Service team with confidence and pride. As a strong business partner, you will be expected to increase effective control through continuous improvement business controls and providing improvement recommendations that is in line with the organization’s policies and procedures in maximising growth. You will ensure the timely preparation of the organization’s SGX announcements and annual reports.
Candidates should possess 15 years of experience in a large organization prior to being Big 4 trained and at least graduate with a Bachelor of Accountancy in a well-recognized university and CPA qualified. You should possess strong knowledge in SFRS and SGX Listing Manual. You must be strong in process improvements and controls implementation. Having strong articulation skills, you must possess management ability with strong interpersonal skills.
