Project Manager Equities Electronic Trading or Surveillance recruitment
Our client is a small entrepreneurial technology company providing market leading trading surveillance products to leading banks and hedge funds.
To provide structure and leadership during this exciting phase in their growth they are recruiting a “hands on” and “client facing” project manager and implementation specialist to manage and grow their client/professional services team.
If you are currently working as a Project Manager within Equities Electronic Trading, Market Surveillance or Complex Events Processing and have both client facing skills and technical or business analysis background your profile could be the ideal fit. So experience across smart order routing, high frequency trading and algorithmic trading and/or surveillance would be very useful.
The role will be varied. You will be a senior member of the organisation part of the management team and be involved in the strategic direction and development of the organisation. You will be able to role up your sleeves in the project and solutions implementation phase. You will be able to build and develop an effective team. You should be knowledgeable both in a business and technical perspective (ideally from and electronic or algorithmic trading technology background).You should be extremely client facing and be able to operate in all phase of the technology sales and implementation cycle from initial contact, presales and presentation through implementation and into post sales support.
The role would definitely suit someone who has experience of working in a small expanding technology company and has experienced the challenges that are involved with the growth and development of such and organisation.
