Requirements
*Good understanding of equity and derivative products (listed OTC derivative products).
*Appreciation of sweeping regulatory changes (Dodd Frank, EU market infrastructure regulation, regulatory initiatives across APAC that will effect derivatives market).
*Ideally experience leading change initiatives within the banking domain in the equity derivatives space.
*Candidate with relevant front office operations functions considered.
*Entrepreneurial, excellent communicator with penchant for consulting domain.
*Several years experience in banking / or consulting.
*Fundamental understanding of the transaction life cycle of OTC derivative products.
*Strong analytical skills.
