Project Manager (Governance and Operating Model) recruitment

Group Human Resources (HR) are responsible for recruiting, motivating, engaging, developing and rewarding all our current and future employees. Our services are provided by Business Partners, project-based HR Consultants and a range of technical specialists, including; Remuneration and Benefits, Policy and Employment, HR Shared Services, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Group Talent (Group Resourcing and Group Organisational Effectiveness).  

Infrastructure and Change manages and delivers the Group-wide strategic HR change agenda, including delivery of the strategic planning process for HR. We are also responsible for the delivery of global HR technology solutions.

This is a high profile Project Manager (Governance and Operating Model) role, in which you'll support the portal and channels work-stream, within a group-wide HR programme focused on the deployment of new technology. You'll specifically focus on designing and delivering the governance and operating models for this work-stream, managing and facilitating a number of Subject Matter Experts.            

As Project Manager (Governance and Operating Model), you'll take responsibility for developing and updating governance processes for this work-stream, as well as defining the operating model, role descriptions and team shape required. With SME support you'll use your strong relationship management skills to co-ordinate various stakeholders through to the end-to-end design, change management process and implementation. To be successful, you'll have experience of capturing and documenting business processes in a business focused rather than technology focused way, ideally within an HR environment. Financial Service experience is not an essential for this role, however experience within a Lean environment would be beneficial.
