This leading Insurance provider is seeking an experienced Senior BA / or Project Manager to assist with an in-house build roll out across its regional office and Singapore operations. This will involve beginning to end SDLC implementation across its Life Insurance, General Insurance and Asset Management businesses.
You will need to be able to bring together large teams in the business and application space and deliver projects on time and on budget. You must be able to project manage using standard project management tools, methodologies and processes, and have highly evolved stakeholder management skills. This will extend to acting in a hybrid capacity in terms of fulfilling BA functionalities such as requirements gathering.
As the appointed Project Manager, you will assist the Senior Project Manager with providing advice and management to the wider Project team. Focusing on the specific issues relating to the project's scope, objectives and deliverables, you will have dual ownership of the responsibilities to drive, manage and develop the team towards the projects goal.
Successful Applicants will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven history of delivering system development projects specially within a banking and financial services environment ideally in the Insurance space.
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide leadership in a variety of technical, functional or business project tasks and activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, principles and practices
- Advanced leadership and stakeholder management skills and the ability to be able to demonstrate your history of success.
