Project Manager ( Insurance) recruitment
Responsibilities
- Initiation, planning and management of work required to deliver project to agreed scope, budget, quality and timescales
- Ensuring adherence to major Gateways and steps in the project lifecycle for each project
- Ensure that risks associated with all business decisions in own area of the business are understood and managed so that they are within the agreed risk appetite
- Mobilize project teams, managing and directing the resources necessary to achieve the project objectives; including management of key relationships with IT, vendors, customers and other partners
- Run regular Project Delivery Team meetings (PDTs) to ensure project is well managed across all workstreams and effective issue resolution or escalation to the Head of Department/ Programme Manager or Steering Group
- Strong experience in executing projects
- At least 3-5 years in project management Capacity
- Insurance background
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to translate business issues/ challenges into effective/ creative project solution
- Ability to assess and manage risks at a project/ sub-project level
- Preferably with Mandarin speaking capabilities
