The position on offer is as a Project Manager, looking to be a part of an exciting, expanding Digital Agency. The strategies, campaigns and projects we work on make a real difference to our clients, and our Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of the end products, liaising with our Client services team and clients on a daily basis.

Salary

£25-40k negotiable - completely dependent on seniority and experience of candidates we meet.

Job description

You will be working within a dynamic and fast-paced Delivery team, managing a team of developers to deliver work and liaising with the Creative team and the Client Services team to bring each project that you manage to a successful and timely conclusion.

Day to day you will be briefing developers, feeding back to Creative, Consultancy and Client Services Teams, and liaising with Client Services and our clients. As a Project Manager, you will report to the Technical Director, and need skill sets for writing technical specifications, managing a team of developers, cross-browser testing, plus have excellent reporting skills to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on project progress.

You’ll be right in the thick of things across a range of channels, including email, web, social and search marketing campaigns. As a new starter you'll receive training from senior members of the team from day one to bolster your understanding of digital marketing and quality standards at Evolving, so you’ll need to be committed, energetic and eager to learn.

Our ideal candidate will have a good all round knowledge of producing digital marketing projects and website project management lifecycles, web standards compliance, and you'll have strong management skills.

You will be required to demonstrate this at interview. As you'll be representing the business at all times, professionalism, courtesy and even charm will be second nature to you.

Prince 2 training would be an added bonus, as would a background in coding and an understanding of LAMP technologies.

We're looking for candidates with a good track record, ideally with experience as a Project Manager in an agency. You should live within easy travelling distance of Bedford.
