For over 60 years, Kysor Panel Systems has established itself as the leading walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, display cooler and floral cooler manufacturer for supermarkets, convenience stores and foodservice companies. Key responsibilities of this position include direct, plan and coordinate turn-key/refrigeration construction business activities and projects; and lead and manage both internal and external resources to achieve organizational strategies, goals, and objectives while insuring all compliance requirements are satisfied. Reporting directly to the Director of Field and Team Operations, this position is located in Fort Worth, TX. Essential Job Functions - Manage assigned turn-key projects and oversee field work through Kysor Panel Systems site construction manager and/or approved 3rd-party contractor. - Estimate and bid US and Canadian turn-key projects. - Meet with customers to promote company products/services and assist with problem resolution. - Carry out all Human Resource activities to include staffing, coaching, counseling and performance management. - Contact trade contractors to solicit bids, negotiate terms, secure installation services and issue purchase orders. - Leads and directs turn-key and refrigeration activities through installation, turn-key and service staff, and 3rd party contractors. - Reconcile purchase orders and approve contractor/vendor invoices. Acquire all required closeout documentation. Job Requirements/Working Conditions - Technical Degree in Commercial Refrigeration or a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years Commercial Refrigeration/Construction experience required; or 12 years Refrigeration/Construction experience required in lieu of degree. - Experience with refrigeration sizing, design and equipment selection. - Experience with estimating and quoting software. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required. - Must be willing to travel up to 25%. - Normal office environment with exposure to field (construction) sites.
