CNM LLP is a fast-paced, fast growing specialized accounting and advisory firm that is looking for qualified public accounting professionals to join our dynamic team. Our clients range from the entrepreneurial start-up venture to Fortune 500 companies, both public and privately held. We are looking for professionals that are fully dedicated to supporting our clients’ accounting advisory and compliance needs, including financial and SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, technical accounting research, analysis and implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and employee benefit plan audits. Specifically we are seeking individuals with five to seven years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 or national firm who can help us enthusiastically meet our clients’ needs in the following areas:
- Provide audit preparation and support services
- Provide financial reporting assistance and support
- Provide other accounting support, including implementation assistance with new accounting pronouncements and financial restatements
- Assist with SEC filings related to IPOs, debt offerings and acquisitions
- Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance related to mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, purchase price allocation and post-transaction support and integration
- Provide Sarbanes-Oxley assistance, including 404 scoping, documentation and testing
- Perform employee benefit plan audits pursuant to Title I of ERISA
Qualifications and Experience:
- A mix of at least 5 to 7 years of public accounting experience at a Big 4/National Firm/Private Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license - strongly preferred
- Outstanding client service skills with a “can do" positive attitude
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever changing environment
- Strong project management and accounting skills
· Ability to be self-driven, multitasking and proactive in investigating and anticipating changing business needs and opportunities
· Strong communication skills are required with the ability to speak and write concisely and professionally; maintaining clear and accurate communications
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment

· Ability to exhibit a strong desire to meet or exceed the goals and objectives of the department; as well as the overall goals of the firm; ensuring one’s work performed is conducted in the most efficient and logical manner; ensuring the data produced or submitted is accurate and timely; and the appropriate resources are sourced and scheduled to meet the clients expectations and delivery dates
