Title: Project Manager Location: null CIBER is looking to hire an IT Project Manager that will be located in Durham, North Carolina. This is a full time position within CIBER's Delivery Organization. Some travel might be required at a later time. Required Skills: Technical Skills: 5 years of project management experience to include maintaining and monitoring project plans and related work products. Experience with Risk Management, Resource Allocation, Budgetary planning, and working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions. Experience with project planning tools and software, including MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Soft Skills: Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong customer service orientation from both internal and external customers. Excellent influencing and consultative skills, including the ability to get results through others without having direct reports. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels. Strong executive presence; for reporting and communications. Desired Skills: Industry Experience: Healthcare payer experience, experience managing in Matrix environment, experience managing projects or project portfolios in an IT organization, familiarity with Healthcare Payer IT. Solid understanding of the software development process, including recruitment gathering, analysis/design, and development tools/technologies. PMP desired but not required. Candidate should be polished and can present to Directors. Local candidates preferred.
