Job Title: Project Manager (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Esher, Kingston upon Thames, Hampton, Weybridge, Addlestone
Evolve Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven Project manager for their client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing projects ensuring all requirements are assessed and processes/action plans are implemented
- Managing clients and maintaining relationships, encouraging new sales opportunism
- Preparing contracts for both clients and suppliers
- Checking copy for promotional literature, including terms and conditions, and ensuring accuracy
- Managing supplier relationships, including negotiation, maintaining supplier agreements, information and correspondence.
- Managing support services, including design and print, website development and handling and fulfillment
- Supporting the sales team by sourcing information and providing assistance in quoting
- Statistical analysis and data management
- Development of the department by researching and introducing new promotional offer opportunities
- Ensuring internal databases and records are kept up to date
- Dealing with queries and problems from clients, participating consumers and/or suppliers
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Marketing and account management experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload, without constant supervision
- Extremely thorough attention to detail and ability to work methodically and to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, confident and outgoing telephone manner
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent literacy, numeracy skills and computer skills (especially Word, Excel Access)
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge and experience of the Incentives and Promotions marketplace
- Experience of managing supplier relationships
