Project Manager – Operational Risk Change recruitment

Key roles and responsibilities:

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

The requirement is to have a skilled PM on-boarded to support the delivery of the Strategic Operational Risk Reporting Repository to deliver against the critical objectives for the 2012 Operational Risk and Control Framework program. To ensure the existing team has the required skill set to complete the required level of analysis and engage the project stakeholders to support the delivery the required project milestones.

Essential requirements:

University degree in Project Management or a related field - preferred.
Previous project management experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
