Position Description:
In today's volatile marketplace, efficient management of cash flow is a key driver for success. A holistic view of the Receivables, Treasury and Payments functions will help corporations mitigate risk and optimize liquidity. SunGard's AvantGard solution suite provides a corporation with a single view of cash and risk which can then optimize businesses processes for improved management of credit risk, collections, cash management, treasury management and payments processing.
The Payments Project Manager will ensure the successful project delivery and implementation of AvantGard TRAX, SunGard's comprehensive integrated solution for payments processing.
Responsibilities:
•Project Ownership throughout the entire implementation life-cycle (from initial Project Scoping through to Go-Live), ensuring successful and seamless handover both from the Sales Process through to handover to Client Services/Client Relationship Manager.
•Overall accountability and management of projects, including day usage estimation, scheduling, change control, resource allocation, risk management and reporting.
•Promote a culture of excellence, quality and professionalism through the use of standard Management practices
Position Requirements:
•Strong leadership and management skills including experience and understanding of current management practices.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Track record in delivering on-time, to budget projects
•Excellent problem solving, issue resolution and change management skills
•Clear organizational awareness and knowledge.
•Good understanding of the AvantGard Solutions.
•Languages:
o English French : very good knowledge is mandatory
o German/Dutch: a strong plus
