Project Manager/ PMO

My client is a leading Corporate Retail Bank and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of the Group Project Management tool (Navigator) and roll out of the change management standards across the Risk and Finance Change function. The candidate will be responsible for implementation of standards and roll out of the Group Reporting Tool and the day to day management of relevant deliverables in a specific, identified business area within Risk and Finance Change. The role will also include interaction with other Central functions including PMO.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing roll out of Group Project management tool (Navigator) and ensuring all of the modules are successfully rolled out in a specific area of the Risk and Finance portfolio, in line with Group timetable.
2. Stakeholder engagement- Key stakeholders include Risk Finance Project managers PMOs, Group central team Group Assurance teams.

This is an excellent opportunity as the role will provide the successful candidate with a good overview of the Risk and Finance portfolio of change programmes and could provide opportunities to move into a role on one of the Risk and Finance Change projects.

Essential Experience:
1.You must be an experienced Project Manager with track record of delivering within large scale programme ideally FATCA, AML, sanctions or any regulatory programme within Finance risk function in a global Bank.

2. You must have strong leadership qualities as this role will demand some strict deadlines and you must be able to demonstrate your ability to work well under pressure.

3. You must have delivered a large scale business IT change programme with a flexible, proactive hands on approach.
