Leading Investment Bank seeks a Training Project Manager to work on a large transformation programme and design and develop a training programme as well as be responsible for the management, execution and delivery of a set of deliverables and activities within a program/project framework which will contribute career development as well as the success of the deployment of global processes. You will expertise in the full project management lifecycle and will be responsible for the project set up, creation, tracking and management of the Project Plans. You will engage with HR, LD. You will leverage other process training which already exists in the bank and also work with Subject Matter Experts across the global technology organization who can support the training framework efforts. You will expose the early training framework components and validate training priorities with managers and develop training for global processes and global Professions ensuring a level of consistency and standardisation. You will  identify what roles need to be trained and in what processes, knowledge, skills and abilities and will develop a Global training time line, communications strategy and roll out plan based on the needs of each global process deployment schedule or Profession needs.
