What will the role involve?
- Management of a number of high, medium and low projects and programmes from inception to delivery across Barclays businesses to time, cost, quality and scope
- Deliver benefits (revenue gains, cost savings, compliance) in line with the business case
- Management and development of staff within the team
- Work alongside Senior Management to define their future change agenda, identifying new initiatives to improve the customer/business experience.
What will you need?
- Proven Project Management and Change Management skills and expertise across all aspects of projects from inception to delivery and handover to BAU.
- Demonstrable track record of successful delivery of a number of change projects (not necessarily in the finance sector)
- Gravitas and credibility to be perceived as a future leader of major change initiatives
- Considerable ability to 'hit the ground running' in an unfamiliar environment
- Significant personal flexibility and geographic mobility
This is an AVP level position. We would expect applicants to have had previous experience at or around this Corporate Title level.
