Project Manager recruitment

You will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key strategic and tactical programmes/projects, on time and to cost and quality standards. Stakeholder management is a key focus of the role and as such the project manager will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project milestones, risks and issues. Additionally you will be responsible for managing project issues and risks, status reporting, producing materials for, and chairing Steering Group and Working Group meetings.

You will ideally have previous experience in project / change management within Financial Services preferably with several Tier 1 banks, a proven track record of project management and delivery, preferably within the Investment Banking industry and a proven track record of project management, business analysis and Project Management Office (PMO), preferably within the Front Office. You will have a high-level understanding of key Investment Banking products including Equities, Derivatives, Bonds, Foreign Exchange (FX), Credit, Money Markets, Repurchase Agreements (Repos) and knowledge of the front to back trade lifecycle, processes associated with financial markets and in particular, extensive exposure to F2B processing systems and processes. You will possess in depth experience of application of project / programme management skills and experience across the entire systems development lifecycle and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of market, credit and operational risk.
