Group Insurance Assistant Manager recruitment

  
Our client is a leading Multinational Insurance organization. in their next step of expansion they are looking for Group Insurance Assistant Manager. As an assistant manager you would have to develop group business and increase sales via dedicated channel of distribution. Reporting to the Head of Business Development Manager yo would be responsible to meet production budget and ensure distribution channel’s proficiency and effectiveness in Group Business sales. Your KPI would be to   

1. Deliver sales target
2. Identify and implement various strategies for developing new business,    either on their own, or in conjunction with other departments or business units to ensure business growth
3. Prepare sales proposals and provide support to intermediaries in the overall sales process.
4. Conduct sales and product training to distribution channels. Develop training marketing materials
5. Analyse market information, organise activities and events with business partners to excite and motivate sales force / intermediaries in achieving higher business production.
6. Develop long term strategic relationships with distribution channel / intermediaries / business partners to achieve department sales objective
  
To qualify for this role you should have minimum
  
Min 5 years of experience in Insurance sales with 3 years experience in promoting group insurance on worksite marketing.

Have the ability to communicate effectively and be able to understand your clients needs.
