Core Responsibilities:

•  Support the management of projects tied to drivers of NPS and customer loyalty - helping the retail business become a world class service provider

•  Provide direction and leadership to business owners aligning projects with key customer experience opportunities

•  Work with Global Client Excellence team in coordination of global customer projects ensuring retail bank requirements incorporated – communicate projects to retail leadership and manage implementation into retail business

•  Aid in establishing project strategies, objectives and implementation plans; execute against initiatives and report progress

•  Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case, customer impact and cost benefit analysis is in line with overall business objectives

•  Create and execute project plans; revising as appropriate to meet changing business needs and requirements.

•  Manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination and support of day-to-day activities relating to projects/initiatives.

•  Organize, attend and lead project-related conferences and meetings as needed, develop related agendas, and summarize meeting minutes.

•  Identify resources needed to help ensure the success of a project or initiative. 

•  Keep abreast of issues, events and policy changes that may impact a project or Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives

•  Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis

•  Direct the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary

Experience/Skills:

•  Demonstrated experience in project management, managing strategic cross-functional projects; previous consulting, technology and/or management

•  Understanding of customer satisfaction, loyalty and NPS drivers

•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

•  Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change

•  Strong technical skills

•  Proficiency in Excel and Power Point

•  BA/BS or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred
