Job Description: Ontario Based Property Preservation company is looking for Project Manager with residential construction experience. This position would be overseeing sub-contractors around the country at bank owned homes in all 50 states. The Project Manager would be responsible for seeking out the sub-contractor and coordinating the work that is to be done, making sure that the work is done on a timely schedule and verifying that the work was done within HUD compliance. All this work will be done remotely from the Ontario office. Must possess Project Management experience in the Construction field. Must communicate effectively and give clear direction. Will need basic computer knowledge and use of construction database. This opportunity does start out at 16/hr, but the room for growth is tremendous.
