Project Manager – Straight Through Processing recruitment

The Company
Our client is the world's premier voice and electronic interdealer broker and the source of global market information and commentary for professionals in the international financial markets. The Group is active in the wholesale markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, foreign exchange and equity derivatives. The brokage has an average daily transaction volume in excess of US$1.4 trillion, more than 40% of which is electronic.

The Role
The role will look to innovate and replicate, leveraging existing channels to deliver a sustainable competitive advantage, cost reductions and greater operational efficiency through automation. You will be responsible for the management of all trade data flow and will have direct accountability for the performance of straight through processing. Man management skills will be required as well as being detail oriented and process driven with the ability to co-ordinate teams across the APAC region.

Familiarity with connectivity formats, protocols and technology required: Specifically, API messaging, FIX, FpMl and any programming experience would be beneficial you will work very closely with E-Commerce and IT to ensure full STP coverage: Align with project management from inception to delivery. This role will have regional responsibilities across multiple asset classes and multiple STP vendors including Reuters and Markit.

Your Profile
We are looking for an energetic professional 3-5 years experience with global bank or market data vendor required in either a Middle Office or Back Office operational role. Familiarity in OTC and Exchange traded markets is required as this is a client facing role and therefore Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Management of on-boarding Clients to various STP feeds, including, setup, testing and issue resolution and the ability to work under pressure, whilst remaining responsive and effective in resolving any STP failures.
