Project Manager x2 – Digital

2 x Project Mangers are required to work with a leading Global Banking organisation to improve and enhance the existing digital customer propositions. The candidates will need to be from the Financial Services business background as opposed to IT backgrounds.

Personal ownership for ensuring Change Management objectives and milestones are delivered to highest quality standards
Proactively manages - Takes personal responsibility and accountability to regularly review, challenge and drive adherence to risk and control processes, following company and local policies and procedures, operating in accordance with all risk and control processes.
Uses knowledge, expertise and influence areas of accountability to anticipate, identify and manage problems experienced during the Change Management cycle on the portfolio of projects. Ensure problems are clearly defined and develop solutions to mitigate and bring to full resolution.
Deploy effective stakeholder management strategies and activities to proactively identify and manage key stakeholders at all levels to ensure Change Management objectives and milestones are met on own portfolio of projects.
Take personal responsibility for working effectively with colleagues, managers and peers across the team, along with other relevant colleagues to ensure fully aware of current priorities, instructions/direction, communication messages and updates.

Experience Required:
Significant Project Management Experience – leading/planning /executing complex and detailed long term projects– with Financial Services experience
Experience and knowledge in the provision, design, testing and publishing of Websites and associated services
to a high quality standard
