Description
This role will be part of a team within Client Service Delivery Control Risk. The team will be responsible for support, validation, preparation and coordination of AUCA/RC-T submission to Regulatory Reporting.
Under the direction of the Program and/or Project Manager, s/he coordinates and provides support or maintains updating and filing of project documentation and reference materials while adhering to documented processes. Responsible for coordinating and providing support for maintaining project work products, project plans and generating reports. May track external project related expenses against an approved budget. Provides assistance to program and/or project manager by organizing meetings, documenting minutes of meetings, assisting with preparation of status reports, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year related experience. The job holder must have effective oral and written communication skills and be able to clearly address individuals and groups, both internal and external. S/he must be customer-service oriented and responsive when serving internal and external customers. S/he must also be an experienced problem-solver who thinks logically and seeks assistance when appropriate. Job holder must have working knowledge of a personal computer and be able to use Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. MS Project or a comparable project management tool would be beneficial.
