Project, Programme Managers and Consultants – Technology and Business Improvement – Retail Banking recruitment
Our client is a well respected financial services consultancy. It delivers major change initiatives involving technology and operations improvement and the transformation or replacement of core systems for retail, corporate and private banks, card issuers and payment processors. It is seeking business analysts, project / programme managers, architects and consultants to join its banking team.
You will have extensive experience working on major transformation and improvement initiatives for core systems and business processes as a consultant, business analyst, project / programme manager or technical architect. Currently working with a consultancy firm, retail bank, building society or systems vendor, your experience should include involvement with some of the following:
- Selection and implementation of core banking systems
- Solution architecture, defining the application, integration and data architectures
- Good understanding of the application architecture found in banks, card issuers or payment organisations
- Business Analysis, Project / Programme Management
- Process improvement and operational efficiency
- Record of successfully working on large and complex engagements or projects in the retail banking industry
- BACS/CHAPS payments lifecycle, retail banking products and services
- Infosys Finacle, Oracle, SAP and Temenos
You will be working on high profile change initiatives so excellent presentation and communication skills are key. Suitable candidates must be able to work closely with clients on strategic initiatives, while building and developing successful business relationships.
