Project Support Officer

This Leading Wealth Manager is looking for a Project Support Officer to support a Client Reporting project.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Status reporting, timesheet management, time management and benefits tracking

*Monitoring project delivery

*Coordinating project meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes

*Collating project information and producing reports on topics such as basic risks and issues, milestones, resources and financials

*Evaluating effectiveness of project management tools, processes and methodologies, and making recommendations for continuous improvement

The successful candidate is likely to have:

*Fund management experience

*Experience working in project team environment

*Proven understanding of Project Management Methodology

*Strong verbal and written communication skills.

*Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management

Significant experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
