Project Manager - Development Manager - Trade Processing - VP LEVEL - Rates - Credit - Front Office Trading

The role is a mixture of leadership and project management for a team of 10 developers. Responsibilities include ensuring the stability of the production environment, managing streams of work for the business and helping to define the future target state with an emphasis on hands-on delivery.

Salary - up to £115,000 per annum + bonus and benefits - VP LEVEL

Requirements to be successful in this role:

*Delivery of various Trade Processing projects - including system, integration and user acceptance testing.
*Management of development staff, monitoring their progress against assigned tasks and reporting the project status and progress to senior management.
*Define and project manage business deliverables and ensures milestones are met. Including communication with the business.
*Working with Front and Middle office users to gather requirements and provide support
*Experience of front office trading system development and support in various asset classes

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

*Proven project management of major systems implementations and upgrades.
*Strong Rates or Credit experience.
*Proven analysis and decision-making skills - ability to capture and understand business requirements.
*Planning organisation skills - manage projects to a budget and timescale.
*Preparation and presentation of documentation that can be understood by non-technical business users.
*Interact with staff at all levels, empathise with their needs and enthuse them.
*Personal drive - demonstrates energy, initiative and stamina to achieve and exceed targets and motivate colleagues.
*Leadership skills - organise and lead teams of internal developers and external consultants/contractors across geographical sites.
*Experienced in the use of project management software.
*Strong communication skills.
