PROJECT/PRGM CONSULTANT MANAGERS (£65,000 – £105,000 + BONUS) recruitment
My client is a leading management consultancy who have a strong pipeline and are looking to strengthen their Project/Programme Management Practice with individuals who have consultancy experience.
Their projects have won MCA awards consistently over the last 6 or so years. They are a completely independent/employee owned company and all employees are given shares.
I am looking for the following skills:
Candidates will need at least 5 years experience, including:
- A first or upper-second class (2:1) honours degree or equivalent evidence of academic ability as a minimum
- An additional professional qualification eg CEng, MBCS, MBA, PRINCE2, MSP (DESIRABLE)
- Clear evidence that programme/project management has been practised successfully in one or more of the following areas: business change, complex engineering or technology enabled change
- Ability to demonstrate skills in planning, managing and organising work streams to achieve the required results
- A track record demonstrating a commitment to new challenges, wider influence and greater responsibility
Sector experience is not important - they work across all sectors - Financial Services, Technology, Pharma, Energy, Retai, Transport
They are looking for candidates who are highly intelligent and enjoy problem solving. Candidates do need to have previous consultancy experience, but they do need to have worked with 'blue-chip' companies they will have to demonstrate clear career progression.
You will be joining a central and key part of the business and will be required to operate independently from client premises.
