Project/Programme Manager

 

 

Sitting in a core business change group, as a Project/Programme Manager you will be responsible for working with business management to understand and define their agenda, either shaping, mobilizing, initiating, advising, governing or analyzing the problem domain and suggested strategy.

 

Your role as a Project / Programme Manager within a front office business change group will involve giving presentations to senior management, challenging and/or gaining consensus across a conflicting agenda, and partnering with operations, risk, finance and technology to ensure effective delivery.

 

The role are ideally suited to either business managers or others in the COO community, or alternatively ex-management consultants who are looking to work on large scale, high-impact business change programmes of work.  

You should apply for this role if you have:

 

·         Extensive investment banking experience across multiple asset classes and functions

·         Track record of interfacing with the COO community on business-critical issues

·         Good understanding of the current regulatory landscape for the industry

·         A structured approach change management, project management and business analysis

·         Exceptional analytical, presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills

·         First class academics at least to BSc level but preferably higher

 

This is a contract opportunity based London compensated at GBP 700-800/day.
