Analyst
The business unit is servicing acquisitions of structured products in Europe. To date, the Structured Products team directly asset manages and reports on multiple portfolio transactions consisting of CMBS, RMBS, CDO, and synthetically-structured whole loans backed by commercial and residential real estate assets.
Job Profile:
- Extensive financial modeling
- Ability to analyze outputs of models and communicate the results internally
- Eagerness to work in property, more importantly to understand the fundamentals of underlying assets and loan structures
- Interest in the asset-backed securitization (ABS) market and understanding the various structures
- Strong team player and the ability to work independently as well as multi-task in an open environment
- Mobility and willingness to travel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA and/or CFA preferred,
- At analyst level, with relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Second language a plus but not required
