Propensity Modeller / SAS / SQL recruitment

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing team with an experienced people leader who empowers his team to engage with business leaders to partner with them to shape the decision making process.

You will be responsible for analysing large data sets at the customer level to understand acquisition opportunities, cross sell opportunities, retention, attrition, and churn. You will need to understand what information to use, how to present this and then work with your internal stakeholders to present this information to shape future business behaviour. This is a vital role in the business, the importance of which has been recognised by the senior leadership team. As such this team is going through a growth phase and have recently invested in their systems including implementing SAS 9.3.

The team is looking for a strong modeller who has excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal stakeholders and a range of modelling projects.

You will be joining a team who have clear goals to become industry leaders in this field. You will have the support of a very experienced manager who has worked across a range of industries and values people with a diverse background. The modelling team have a strong engagement within the business they support and they are looking for someone who can build on this relationship and really add value in understanding their customers through statistical analysis.
