Property Banker recruitment
My client, a national corporate bank with a significant real estate loan portfolio is looking for a capable property banker with strong credit skills to join its team in Manchester.
The bank’s portfolio is distressed and responsible for:
• Formulation and execution of business plans to protect the banks risk and optimise recovery
• Manage relationships with clients and lead negotiations
• Ensure that all accounts are appropriately managed and maintained
It is envisaged that the appointed individual will have sound knowledge of the property market having previously worked in another property banking team. You will possess excellent relationship management skills, have solid credit analysis skills and previous restructuring experience
