Property Development Finance – Business Development Manager recruitment
The team is based in London and the team are well regarded in the residential investment sector and at present target investments are in London and the south east.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in funding residential and mixed use developments with a well developed network of contacts including developers, surveyors and lawyers. A good network of contacts within banks supplying senior debt is also required.
The candidate will be expected to source new deals, including supplying mezzanine debt for new deals and investing in distressed transactions, have highly developed credit writing skills and be able to manage transactions quickly and effectively.
There is a very attractive package on offer comprising of salary and a success based package comprising of bonus and longer term incentives.
