Responsibilities:
• Commercial real estate project strategic planning and actual project investment
• Overall well manage the project with proper execution
• Large and key strategic partners development
• Guiding deal negotiation and provide technical advices
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Over 10 years PE investment experience in industries
• Strong track records
• Good connection with different target companies and investors
• Strong analytical experience
• CPA/ACCA/CFA will be a plus
