Property Management Accountant recruitment
Our client is an International fund management company based in the heart of the city centre in London. They are currently recruiting for a part qualified Property Management Accountant on a permanent basis - to join their UK Division and growing team. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller your main responsibilities would include:
§ Being a Financial partner to the Finance and Director
§ Preparation of the full sets of management accounts
§ Preparation of the monthly financial analyses - including in depth time analysis, billing and revenue variance actual to forecast and discretionary spend analysis.
§ Preparation of the quarterly forecasts and annual budgets including revenue by client, billing capacity based upon revenue by client, billing capacity based upon revenue and staff levels, staff costs and fee income.
§ Producing monthly financial information packs
§ Any ad-hoc analysis
Successful candidates will ideally be part qualified or nearing the end of their professional qualification on either (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). What's more, prior working knowledge within the property and or finance industry will be essential due to the nature of the role.
