Premier Residential Property Management Firm seeks to fill an IMMEDIATE position for an experienced residential Portfolio Manager to join our team.  The perfect candidate must have 7-10 years of experience in LUXURY COOPERATIVE/CONDOMINIUM management in Manhattan.   Candidate must have exp. supervising capital improvement projects (e.g. LL11) and exp. working with Boards--attending and/or facilitating board meetings.
