Large Residential Property Management Company seeks an experienced residential On-Site Property Manager to oversee luxury coops/condos in New York City.  Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience specializing in LUXURY cooperative/condominium management in Manhattan. Exp. working with Boards and attending/facilitating board meetings.  Must have exp. in supervising capital improvement projects (i.e. LL11).
