Property Sales Advisor

Our client, a leading UK Housebuilder, are looking to recruit three new Sales Advisors to work in sites across London. An exciting opportunity to join a fantastic Company that offer plenty of career progression, interested candidates are urged to apply immediately.

The position will be split in to two separate parts:

- 50% of your time will be spent in your office researching, compiling reports and making outbound sales calls to generate new business

- 50% of your time will be spent meeting clients at various properties within your remit, qualifying their interest and closing sales

You will ideally be graduated to degree level (or equivalent) and be confident speaking with new clients on a daily basis. Any candidates with experience in selling off-plan properties are desired, but a general appetite for sales and eagerness to learn are the most important aspects.

The hours for this position are 9.30-6pm Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, 9.30-6pm Wednesday, 9.30-6 Saturday, 9.30-4pm Sunday. You will work on five of the selected days each week and are expected to be flexible over your availability.
