PROP/GCM Ops Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities:
1. The candidate needs to have knowledge on the day-to-day operations to process and settle trades executed in both interbank and exchange market.
2, The candidate needs to have knowledge on the operations to process and settle ECM and DCM deals executed in both interbank and exchange market
3. The candidate needs to have knowledge and experience on preparing CSRC/PBOC regulatory reports.
4. The candidate needs to have 2-5 years local market operational knowledge and is familiar with China capital market.
5. The candidate can manage queries from both external and internal clients e.g., trading counterparties, Front office, Finance, LC, etc. She/He has to be client focus and be able to handle queries independently.
6. Ensure control processes like reconciliation, maker/checker principle and all internal procedures are complied with local rules and regulations and UBS internal policies. Assist manager to develop effective control standards.
7. To help to facilitate new business initiatives.
8. The candidate is better to have project management skill and be able to drive system change and process improvement.
Requirement:
