We are currently looking for a proposal manager to meet our upcoming proposal requirements for the Public Private Partnership business.
Overall Responsibilities
Development of Bids/Proposals
- Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project progresses on schedule
- Complete detailed analysis of submittal requirements
- Prepare and keep up to date proposal development documentation including:
- Compliance/Responsibility matrix
- Document outline
- Proposal management plan
- Timelines/schedule procedures
- Kick-off meeting materials
- Writing plans/style guide, etc.
- Chair weekly proposal development meetings
- Coordination with deal team and proposal work stream on required content
- Responsible for drafting and editing compliant, cohesive bid documents
- Responsible for all production aspects of proposals and coordinating the internal and external resources
- Coordinate internal resources to support proposal efforts including MacCap Business Development
- Develop and keep up to date reusable text
- Perform detailed reviews of both text and graphics, ensure the assigned writing sections comply with RFP requirements and comply with standard format and style criteria
- Often working on multiple projects as once
Management of PPP Bid/Proposal Processes
- Project management during PPP bid process including:
- Attendance on weekly bid management meetings, responsible for preparing agenda and minutes
- Develop and maintain project plans and coordination of work streams
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records
- Act as point of contact for consortium/government sponsor
- Responsible for communication between government sponsor and consortium
- Responsible for managing and tracking RFIs between government sponsor and consortium
- Disseminate all correspondence to appropriate consortium members as received
- Communicate progress and deliverables to team members
- Manage all aspects of a proposal to ensure compliance and timely submission
- Set up and manage deal rooms and users
- Track and review project related advisor invoices against bid budget
- Often working on multiple projects as once
