A highly successful company specialising in crude oil trading as well as oil derivatives based in London is seeking a Prototyping Developer (C#/JAVA) in order to help them dramatically improve the effectiveness of the quality of trading information and execution and therefore ameliorate the competitive edge of the company.
The Prototyping Developer (C#/JAVA) will be working alongside the Project Manager and Business Analyst, developing fast prototypes of new functionality working with the business as well as making sure the software moves to development and fits within the established technical architecture.
The successful Prototyping Developer (C#/JAVA) will:
have strong experience in C#/JAVA (essential)
* Be able to solve problems quickly (essential)
* Be efficient under pressure (essential)
* Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as he/she will be facing a wide range of people in the business (essential)
* Have around 6 years or more of experience in financial services or trading sectors (essential)
