Service Desk IT Support Analyst

Robert Half Technology is seeking a rounded IT Support Analyst to join a leading global Financial Services consultancy in London.

Role
The primary function of the IT Support Analyst is to provide face-to-face and remote 1st-2rd line support and systems administration. Apart from day-to-day support there will be an expectation of delivering a range of upgrades and new infrastructure initiatives.

The Service Desk IT Support Analyst MUST have;

- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Certification

- Experience in working in a financial services organisation

- Previous experience in supporting over 500 users in a multi-national environment

- Substantial experience supporting Windows XP, Windows 8, Microsoft Office 2007-2010, Outlook 2007-2010

- VPN, TCP/IP support

- Symantec End-Point Security and Blackberry support

- Dell Optiplex workstations, and Dell Latitude laptops

- Experience with working with video conferencing equipment. (Polycom Video experience a plus)

Desirable
- Degree in Computer Science

-500+ multi national support

This is a No End Date Contract - Rate £22ph - £35pd
