Provisioning Manager (AVP)

My client is looking for an experienced Provisioning Manager to be responsible for managing the vendor and stakeholder relationship as well as the operational management of outsourced Corporate and Retail Branch Hardware IMAC, Break-Fix, and Provisioning teams.

The role holder reports directly to the Head of End User Client Services, and responsibilities would include:

- Motivate, develop and manage staff with various disciplines, either direct or indirectly
- Deliver hardware and software support solutions against aggressive time-scales and within budget
- Commercial negotiation and liaison skills enhancing the company position
- Management of customer expectation and delivery of stakeholder satisfaction
- Continuous review, rework and deployment of streamlined operating models to improve delivery performance
- Successful in-service development and improvement across End User Client Services
- Development of business support models such as Service Introduction and Governance to ensure commercial governance along with managing the global demand of all regional managers
- Solution proposal development and presentation with and to service stakeholders
- Management of budget cycles in excess of £20m, reducing cost through commercial review to achieve new fiscal targets and mitigating associated operational risk
- Vendor supplier management including continues improvement, invoice management, service and commercial demand management
- Project delivery from engagement, definition and successful delivery, within the ability to build teams with the relevant skills
- Outsource of functions that are not core to the Bank to realise cost benefits
- Delivery of outsourced projects from inception, contract negotiation and delivery that realised positive service and cost based results for the Bank.
- Strategic and tactical thinking with the ability to integrate new service opportunities that align to organisational strategy
- Application of innovative thinking to reduce costs and/ or to provide identify new service opportunities, complemented with sound service and commercial rationale

Applicants will be expected to have:

- Strong financial skills including principles of CAPEX/PL management budget allocation
- Experience of modelling, data analysis data presentation
- Broad technology experience in Banking /or Financial Services
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships
- Financial Management of budgets and investment cases
- Strong understanding of technology processes, disciplines, and frameworks (ITIL for example
- Track record leading organisational transformation and delivering business results during periods of organisational change
- Ability to manage and drive internal and external partnerships to engender true value and win-win relationships
- Plan effectively resources and budget according to HR and finance business processes
- Experienced at recruiting staff and managing teams, including virtual teams across global locations
