Proxy Voting Analyst
A high profile investment bank urgently seeks a Proxy Voting Analyst to join their fast paced organisation on an on-going temporary basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring prime brokerage and high net worth clients have the ability to register their votes at AGMs or EGMs. Other daily duties will include processing voting instructions through to custodians and managing clients’ inventories prior to the event.
You must have previous asset servicing experience and ideally proxy voting experience within that function. Excellent communication skills and a degree are a pre-requisite for the role.
